Orders will be dispatched within 48 hours. This can take longer if we are out of stock on certain items, in which case we will get in touch and advise you on delivery times.
All deliveries to the UK are sent out on a Royal Mail 1st class delivery which requires a signature on arrival. Deliveries outside of the UK are dispatched on a Royal Mail service.
Delivery to the UK is priced at £3.50
A next day delivery service in the UK can be arranged for an additional charge of £2.50
Delivery to Europe and Rest of the World is priced at £8.00
Gift Boxes & Wrapping
We are delighted to offer a gift wrapping service. Your items will be gift wrapped in our signature orange tissue paper and placed in our luxury white gift box. The boxboard is made from 100% recycled material with the paper covering from sustainable forests. We can include a personal message with the items.

Exchange and Return
Fozia London are happy to exchange or refund any item purchased, within 30 days of receipt. All goods must be unworn and in resaleable condition with the swing tag still attached. Please enclose a copy of you receipt and state the reason for the return and if you would like an exchange or refund. Returns must ideally be sent back to us by recorded delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
Fozia London will endevour to send your exchange order, refund credit or cheque within 7 working days of us receiving your goods. Please note that we are unable to refund any item without a full receipt.
